I’m Tina Chance, a Registered Nurse turned Florida REALTOR®, proudly serving Central Florida with a primary focus on The Villages, Florida and surrounding communities.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent years as an oncology nurse, where I guided patients and their families through some of life’s most important and emotional decisions. That experience continues to shape how I serve my clients today - with compassion, clear communication, strong advocacy, and attention to every detail.

I understand that buying or selling a home in The Villages is often tied to major life transitions - whether it’s retirement, relocation, or downsizing. Having recently relocated to Central Florida, I bring a firsthand understanding of what it means to move to a new area.
