The Villages announcement to add 300 new courtyard villas in Marion County has several benefits. The addition of new homes to Marion County brings attention to the area of the Villages that many feel has been forgotten. The possibility of additional shopping choice, two new recreation centers brings more choices for fun.  Also there will be more inventory for us to sell in the future at Realty Executives In the Villages. The biggest negative will be increased traffic in the area around county road 42, which is the northern boundary of this retirement focused community.  Overall the positives will outweigh the negatives.
