Very exciting news for buyers looking for warm homes with cool prices in The Villages.  Realty Executives in The Villages is having an open house day for homes north of CR 466 on Tuesday June 23rd.  There has been a bit of a misconception about homes on the Marion county side.  So We have taken it upon ourselves to increase activity in that area of the Villages.  According MFRMLS Realtor statistics indicate that 22 designer homes have sold year to date in Marion county versus 98 in Sumter county.  There have been 11 ranch homes sold in Marion county versus 44 in Sumter.  Much of this is attributable to the much larger amount of homes in existence in Sumter county.  However among the public there is a sense that being in Sumter county is a better thing.  So we are her to help even things out a bit.   Glenn Stein Broker Realty Executives In The Villages
