We are Debbie and Lee Schoonover, Realtors living and working in The Villages, FL. Our specialty for the past 5+ years has been helping clients buy and sell homes primarily in The Villages but surrounding areas as well.

We take pride in providing our customers with the best possible Experience when it comes to anything relating to real estate. Before devoting our work to real estate, Debbie served as the Director of Sales and Customer Experience at Berlin Packaging where she led the sales team to grow year over year and educated the company on the importance of Customer Experience. Lee served as Parts Manager at Arcelor Mittal Steel where he practiced Customer Experience by thrilling co-workers, meeting their needs and providing on time deliveries. Debbie is certified as a Bridgestone Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional and a CPA. She won several awards over the years based on exceptional work.

In their free time, Debbie & Lee enjoy golfing, spending time with their dog, relaxing with friends and traveling.
